- THE REASON OF AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND
- IF AN ARTCILE IS DEFECTIVE, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL WITH THE IMAGES OF FAULTY PART.

• ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN PERFECT CONDITION, UNUSED, AND WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING (INCLUDING BOXES AND DUSTBAGS).
• WE DON’T ISSUE THE RETURN LABEL EXCEPT FOR FAULTY ITEMS, PLEASE KINDLY USE YOUR OWN WAY TO RETURN THE PARCEL TO US.
• IT TAKES 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO ISSUE A REFUND FOR A RETURNED OR CANCELLED ORDER.
• PLEASE DO NOT SHIP YOUR RETURN BACK WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
