Delivery 

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. The delivery time with Colissimo or UPS varies between 2 to 7 business days depending on order volume, with a maximum delivery time of two weeks from the order date.

 

Delivery times

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

• France, Belgium, and Luxembourg: 3 to 5 business days.

• Other destinations: Delivery times vary depending on the country.

However, these delivery times are not guaranteed. A reasonable delay cannot result in order cancellation.

 

Delivery Commitment

After confirming your order, NUOVO PARIS commits to handing over the ordered items to its carrier within a maximum of 7 business days. The carrier is contractually required to deliver your order to the provided address.

 

Taxes and Customs Duties

For deliveries outside mainland France, you are responsible for paying import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and other applicable taxes according to the laws of the destination country.

 

Liability

Goods are shipped at the recipient’s risk. We recommend checking your package upon arrival. Any claim must be made to the carrier within 48 hours of receipt.

 

Shipping Fees

All orders are shipped from our offices in the 3th arrondissement of Paris via Colissimo or UPS. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address.

 

Returns & Exchanges


You have 48 hours after receiving your order to report any damage to the carrier. After this period, NUOVO PARIS reserves the right to refuse any return or refund.

Please note that vintage pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Returns are only accepted for items from our current collection.

Return or Exchange Process

 

To request an exchange or a refund, please contact us at eshop@nuovo-paris.com, providing:

 

• Your name and order number.

• The reason for the return or exchange.

• Photos if the item is defective.

 

Conditions

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Without prior authorization, no return will be processed.

 

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are at your expense. Please use a tracked shipping service.

 

Refund timeframe 

A refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after receiving and validating the return.
