DELIVERY
Order Confirmation & Shipping Methods
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. Depending on the items selected, your order will be shipped through one of our two fulfillment channels:

Logistics Partner: Certain pieces are prepared and shipped by our logistics partner Bigblue, via various carriers (Chronopost, UPS, FedEx) depending on the delivery option selected at checkout (standard or express).

Nuovo Offices: Other pieces are shipped directly from our offices located in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.
Shipment Schedules
Shipments are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Order Preparation Time
Once your order is confirmed, NUOVO PARIS commits to preparing and handing over your items to the carrier network within a maximum of 7 business days. This preparation time applies to all orders, whether they are fulfilled by our logistics partner Bigblue or directly from our Paris offices.

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and options are calculated based on the delivery address and the method chosen (standard or express) at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates in business days, counted from the day the order is shipped.

Note: Delivery time varies between 2 and 7 business days depending on order volume, with a maximum delivery time of two weeks from the order date. Delivery times are estimates in business days, counted from the day the order is shipped. These delivery times are provided for information purposes only and are not guaranteed. A reasonable delay cannot result in order cancellation.
Taxes and Customs Duties
NUOVO PARIS operates under a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model: applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are calculated and included directly at the time of payment, and can be reviewed at checkout. You will therefore have no additional fees to pay upon delivery. We nevertheless recommend checking your country's customs regulations before finalizing your order.
Liability
Goods are shipped at the recipient's risk. We recommend checking your package upon arrival. Any claim must be made to the carrier within 48 hours of receipt.
Shipping Fees & Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been dispatched, whether it is fulfilled by Bigblue or from our Paris offices.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the option chosen (standard or express).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy & Conditions
You have 48 hours after receiving your order to report any damage to the carrier. After this period, NUOVO PARIS reserves the right to refuse any return or refund.
- Vintage pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Returns are only accepted for items from our NUOVO collection.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. No return will be processed without prior authorization via the link below.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are at your expense. Please use a tracked shipping service.
Refund Timeframe
A refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after receiving and validating the return.
