By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions of sale. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes being posted on this site. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
Products
All of our products are vintage items, carefully selected for their quality and history. Each item is unique and may show signs of wear. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, but slight variations may occur between the item you receive and the images displayed on our website.
Pricing
The prices displayed on our website are in euros and include all applicable taxes (TTC). Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the order total before payment.
Payment
Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other methods available at checkout. Payment is due at the time of placing the order. By submitting your payment, you confirm your intent to purchase the items in your cart.
Shipping & Delivery
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Shipping is carried out via Colissimo, and delivery times can vary from 2 to 7 days, depending on order volume. The maximum shipping time is 14 days from the date of order. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. For deliveries to France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, the typical delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, though this is not guaranteed. Any delay in delivery, beyond our control, will not result in the cancellation of your order.
For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for paying any import taxes, customs duties, or other fees as required by the destination country. NUOVO PARIS disclaims any liability for taxes not paid by the customer. We advise you to check your package upon arrival for any damage or discrepancies.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and will be added to your order total. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 48 hours from the receipt of your order to make any claims regarding damaged items. After this period, NUOVO PARIS reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds.
To request an exchange or refund, please contact us at eshop@nuovo-paris.com with your name, order number, and the reason for the request. If the item is defective, include images of the defective part. Returned items must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We do not provide return labels, except for defective items. You are responsible for using your own return shipping method and must ensure it includes a tracking number.
Refunds for returns or cancellations will be processed within 3 to 5 working days. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Product Information
We make every effort to accurately describe the products on our website. However, due to variations in monitor settings, the color of the products may differ slightly from what is displayed online. NUOVO PARIS is not responsible for these discrepancies.
